By accessing and using the poartaregelui.ro site (hereinafter the "Site"), you accept the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Biserica Poarta Regelui, a religious organisation registered in Romania and based in Cluj-Napoca. The Site provides information about the community, our activities and the option to donate or get involved.

Online donations are processed through WhyDonate B.V. - no card data is stored on our servers. You may also give by direct bank transfer, using the IBANs listed on our Give page. By donating online, you also accept the WhyDonate Terms. Through the ARC programme, eligible donations may be doubled up to the agreed cap. Refunds are subject to WhyDonate policy; contact us for exceptional situations.

All content on the Site - text, images, logos, design - is the property of Biserica Poarta Regelui or is used with permission. Reproduction or distribution without written agreement is prohibited.

Using the Site for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that infringe the rights of others, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to block access in the event of abusive use.

The Site may contain links to third-party services (WhyDonate, Planning Center, social networks). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by Romanian law, we accept no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Site.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.

We reserve the right to update these terms. The updated version will be published on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
