Many people – more churches needed
Although Cluj-Napoca is a large, cosmopolitan city, it has relatively few churches for its population. The need is more noticeable on the east side of the city, where we are opening, there are very few churches and opportunities for people to find a local Christian community.
At the same time, it is a city of seekers: young people searching for meaning, international residents without community, families wanting to build on solid foundations.
The opportunity is real. And it is now.

Why east Cluj
A fast-growing district with no church nearby
The east side of Cluj is one of the most dynamic parts of the city: new neighbourhoods, families moving in, thousands of new residents every year. And yet there is barely any life-giving church presence. That is exactly where we want to be.
Many young families have settled in east Cluj – people who need community, support and hope.
The area is home to international residents and expats who need a church that speaks both their language and their culture.
Our position near the airport lets us reach the city, the suburbs and the surrounding villages with relative ease.
